SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We work with you to get the best price and the best shipping option. Typically we ship using FedEx or DHL. However, if there is a shipping method that works better for you we are happy to go that route. 

 

If you live in a rural area sometimes getting your package to you can be challenging. In some cases the courier has had to leave the package at the closest depot, requiring you to then pick it up. If you do live in a rural area letting us know ahead of time can help us choose the best method.

Shipping to the United States is free. Shipping within Canada is quoted based on your address provided. It typically ranges from $20-40.

 

In-stock orders ship within 48 hrs of receiving payment.

Custom orders generally take 3-4 weeks but can take longer depending on complexity of the design, wool availability and production volumes at the time of order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept a return or exchange.

Returns are simple and possible within 15 days of receiving your pad however, shipping cost to return an item is 100% the buyers responsibility. 

In order to receive a full refund  the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, it cannot have been on a horse. Returns received not in the same condition they were sent will only be eligible for a partial refund.

 

Please note: Cancelled orders of custom saddle blankets and blankets not in stock are only eligible for a partial refund.
